Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal — Pt. Deux

Just found out that some uber-libs can’t stand the fact that not only a conservative, but a conservative minority was elected Governor of Louisiana. Asian Week editorialist (and I use that term quite loosely) Emil Guillermo has written a hateful editorial smear piece calling Jindal a “Man of No Color.”
One of the more whinier portions of Guillermo’s smear is the following:
When Jindal won, even the New York Times saw it fitting to remark how the first words from his mouth weren’t about his historic ethnic victory. It was about LSU’s defeat of Auburn earlier that day. It’s an old trick, a la “We’re all part of the same team. Just us honky-tonk footballers here!”
A trick?!? What a whiner! Just because Jindal didn’t fall into the liberals’ typical act of bringing out the race card and instead speaks of LSU football shows me two things: first, Guillermo is a typical liberal whiner who would rather dwell upon racial issues even when there are no racial issues present and second, Guillermo has no clue the importance of LSU football in the state of Louisiana especially in the state capital of Baton Rouge where LSU is located. So in short, Guillermo is an arrogant and ignorant liberal who has ample hatred of conservatives, especially conservatives who also happen to be minority. Figures.
Michele Malkin has more on this and I urge you to read her take on this nonsense as well.

This plea deal may lead Abdullahu to flip on his co-defendants, which bodes poorly for the other five defendants. It also adds to the pressure on the other five to try and cut deals for themselves.
