I originally traded for the general Greater New York Councils CSP during a trading session at the Philmont Scout Ranch base camp back in 1979. I really liked it and mentioned to my Daddy that it was part of a set. He contacted the council and ordered a full set for me for a Christmas present. Now this set has added meaning to me since Sept. 11, 2001.
